1.Brief Introduction
Anionic Dispersed Rosin Emulsion Sizing Agent JH-1519 is a kind of stable anionic dispersion of rosin sizing agent whose raw materials include top-quality rosin and new emulsifier .The adopted production way is also the most developed in China.It has better heating stability and there is no precipitation and caking during the shelf life time.It can be used inn sizing during the summer season.It can dramatically save production cost while improve kinds of physical items of paper.It can replace the traditional saponification sizing agent and fortified sizing agent.

3.Application tips:
3.1 JH-1519cannot be used together with saponification sizing agent.The pulp pool should be cleaned when the agent was shifted from saponification sizing into JH-1519.
3.2 It suits forward sizing and can also be used in reverse sizing and continuous sizing before wires.
3.3 It should be diluted into solution of 2% concentration with water before adding into pulp pools in the forward and reverse sizing.And no need dilution in continuous sizing before wires.
3.4 The best PH range and key notes of using JH-1519 should be between 4.5 and 5.5.
3.5 Most fillers will influence the sizing effect,esp the calcium salt.So the pulp should be circulated for around 20 minutes after adding into JH-1519&Alum.Then add the fillers.
4.Package,Storage and Shelf life time
The package can be 200Liters or 1000Liters plastic drum.It should be stored in dry&cold place with better ventilation.The shelf life time is around 6 months.
